Category and route documents
Depending on the process, students may need domicile, category, EWS, OBC-NCL, PwD, minority, defence, NRI relationship, sponsorship or income documents in a prescribed format and validity period.
Use a verification folder
Keep readable scans, originals, photocopies and a naming system. Confirm size, format, issuing authority and validity from the current official brochure. Never share original documents or sensitive IDs through an unverified channel.
